For over 25 years, Randy Sharp, worked in product development for several companies. With his knowledge of the business, in 2010 he decided to combine his background in engineering, design and manufacturing to develop the beginning of a new line of products specifically designed for cats. Randy teamed up with David Baumgardner at a local Southern California coffee shop and after 3 cups of coffee and great discussion, they developed a strategy and a partnership which eventually began Smart Choice Pet Products, Inc. Not long after, Annie Jolie joined the team. As a long-time pet owner and frustrated cat litter box cleaner, Annie had vital input regarding design, marketing and development to help the business flourish. Smart Choice Pet Products, Inc. is dedicated to developing great ideas that nurture your pets and that’s how the Litter Spinner came into fruition.
