About Us
Almost Home Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)3, all volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue of unwanted, abused & neglected animals. Based in the North Ft Worth TX area but also helping surrounding communities. Our focus is saving street dogs (strays) from a life of loneliness & despair. If space allows we do take in owner surrenders & shelter dogs. We also focus on educating the public on the importance of spay/neuter & proper animal care. When funds are available we assist families so they are able to keep their beloved pets rather than giving them up. We provide full medical care to all animals before they are available for adoption.
