About Us
Furry Friends Foster and Rescue Inc is a 100% foster-based, 501(c)(3) approved dog rescue located in CT. We focus on the dogs who need us the most within our own state - those in local pounds needing rescue for a variety of reasons, including being in danger of euthanasia, and medical and/or behavioral issues that would preclude them being easily adopted to private adopters. When we have space we also take owner surrenders, from families who can no longer care for their dogs - again, for a wide variety of reasons. We very occasionally rescue from out of state and maintain a CT import license through CT Department of Agriculture for that purpose. We also have a Seniors for Seniors program...Find Us
