The Humane Society of Davidson County is a non-profit organization consisting of an all-volunteer membership and Board of Directors. We are a community resource, dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to animals, the relief of suffering among animals and the extension of humane education. We seek to provide care for abused, abandoned, and neglected animals in our community, to provide temporary and permanent homes for them and to inspire responsible pet/family relationships.
