About Us
My name is Stacy Billingslea and I am the founder of Milo’s Dog Rescue of South Florida, Inc., a 501c3 not-for-profit dog and cat rescue organization located in Pompano Beach, FL. Our organization is entirely privately funded, 100% of the funds go directly toward rescuing, rehabilitating and placing dogs and cats in loving homes after being found on the streets or turned in by families that can no longer care for their pet. Milo’s has no paid employees and all volunteers committed to Milo’s provide assistance out of the goodness of their hearts which means more funds go directly to the animals.
