OC Animal Care is committed to promoting life and adoption. OC Animal Care is a municipal animal shelter that covers the majority of Orange County. California. The shelter provides resources for the community as well as housing for sick, injured or underage animals. The shelter has a large foster program that is geared towards helping underage kittens and sick cats. One additional program the shelter has started is our pet food pantry.
