About Us
Operation Topcat is dedicated to rescue, foster and to give medical attention to as many cats /kittens as possible. Our end goal is to gain their trust so that we may find them forever homes. We test for FIV, internal & external parasites, give rabies shots, distemper shots, have them neutered and microchipped. Once they have all this done, we put them up for adoption. Our average rescue per year is about 275 cats/kittens. Most of these find forever homes and we ask our adopters to keep in touch if there is a problem. Our Adoption Process
We have a written application to be completed that is reviewed by a board member for approval. Our adoptable kitties are tested, vaccinated, altered, and chipped prior to adoption. Kittens are $90, and adult cats are usually $60.
