About Us

At the P.A.W.S. Anne Arundel County Program, our mission is to improve and enrich the quality of life for the disabled, infirm, senior residents and any group of individuals in our county in need of our services through pet therapy visits from trained and registered volunteer teams. Our visits provide physical and emotional benefits through support, comfort and companionship and the unconditional love of our four-legged therapy dogs, many who are rescues from shelters. We find that rescues make great therapy pets!
