About Us

Paws Rule is a 501c3 non-profit corporation established in the State of North Carolina. We believe that every animal is a gift from God; and, as such, has inherent value, deserving of our respect, care, and love. Our heartfelt philosophy is to protect the welfare of the animals with which we come in contact, promoting the humane treatment and well-being of these animals, providing shelter and medical care, responding with personal commitment, sensitivity, and compassion to their needs. We strongly believe that all animals deserve respect and should be treated with dignity in all circumstances.
