Roo's Rescues, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue organization located in Shelton, CT. Operated by two friends, Julie Estrada and Jackie Trudell, Roo's Rescues began with the rescue of one tiny kitten, and has grown to become the second chance that countless animals have depended upon. Working together with local rescues and shelters, Roo's Rescues takes in at-risk cats and dogs, providing them the loving care and socialization they so desperately deserve.
