Our organization is committed to keeping pets safe, happy and healthy while they wait to be placed in a forever home. SCFOA is dedicated to reducing the number of homeless pets by offering foster-to-adoption services for cats and dogs, community spay/neuter assistance, and TNR for feral cats.
