The Tennessee Humane Animal League/ Pet Placement Center is committed to keeping pets safe, happy and healthy while they wait to be placed in a forever home. We are a small no-kill 501(c)3 dog and cat shelter located in Chattanooga, TN. We recieve no government funding and survive solely on the generosity of our supporters and fundrasing efforts. Our mission is: To reduce animal suffering by promoting intelligent animal care through education and example.
