The TNR Project is committed to performing mass TNR (Trap. Neuter. Return) on a local level to end the cycle of breeding on the streets. FACT: About 80-90% of all cats in the shelter system are from the streets. We sterilize all adults in a colony, vaccinate and return them, then rely on fosters to help us pull as many kittens to foster, socialize, and adopt into loving homes. From beginning in 2015-2020, we have TNR'd just over 21,000 cats by volunteering our time after work to make a difference. TNR is the solution to going true No-Kill at the shelter level.
